No-bake Anzac Balls

What I like about these balls, they are quickly whipped up in your Thermie, delicious and wholesome.
Please feel free to play with this recipe. Use different kind of nuts (nut and seed butters) or even seeds if allergic to them.
- 100g toasted coconut chips (or desiccated coconut, slightly toasted in a pan)
- 40g rolled oats (gluten free, or use amaranth flakes)
- 80g cashews (or almonds)
- 100g homemade nut-butter (I used my toasted nut- and seed butter mix)
- 60g ricemalt syrup (or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Place the toasted coconut chips in the Thermomix bowl and mill 8 sec / speed 6.5 – set aside about 20g so you can cover some of the balls with the coconut chips.
Add all other ingredients and mix about 20 sec / speed 5 or until the mix resembles a sticky crumb (if it is not sticky enough add more nut-butter or a little bit water).
With wet hands, press and shape the mix into small balls and roll in coconut chips.
Put the balls in a container into the fridge to set.
