It is so nice to get spoilt to Mother’s Day, but please also remember to spoil yourself everyday to stay happy and healthy <3


My tip:

Start with gifting yourself everyday with a 5 minute meditation. Breathe, relax, just be!

Challenge yourself and meditate for at least 5 minutes every day for the next 30 days. Let me know how you feel.
