Feels like only yesterday we were putting together the first issues for 2016 and welcoming the new editor, Phoebe, to the team. To celebrate the end of this special, creative, delicious, busy, interesting and year full of changes, we have pulled together a fantastic issue to help you and your family go out with a bang!

Tegan is partly responsible for the magnificent cafe that is ‘Urban Projuice’ in Melbourne, as well as running life-changing retreats. Tegan shares her story to health, while answering some of our burning questions. You’ll also find perfect plant-based festive meal ideas for all your summer celebrations. To help you with the crazy amount of entertaining that this season has to offer, we’ve compiled a meal plan that will bring a smile to any hungry relative or friend.
In addition to Tegan’s great recipes, we have decadent desserts made healthy by Bianca Slade from Wholefood Simply, I share my new learnings with making cultured cheeses, as well as many more low-fat whole food plant-based meals from the fruitful vegan community on Instagram.
