1) How can I subscribe to Thermie Living?

In only 5 little steps you are one of our valued readers:

Step 1: Search with your iPad, or tablet (you can also use your smartphones, but it is much nicer on your tablet) for Thermie Living app in the Apple Newsstand or Google Play store. Download the free app. This app is like your cabinet which you can fill monthly with Thermie Living issues.

Step 2: As you open the app, you will be asked if you want to allow push notifications. We recommend clicking ‘allow’ so we can send you news and important information/updates to an issue you have already downloaded, you get immediately the information if a new issue has become available or if we have created something special for you.

Step 3: Click the yellow ‘Subscribe’ button, and then the subscription option you would like to choose.

PS: If you are an android user and it takes you to a blank page with a cross in the top right hand corner, please try clicking the ‘i’ in the bottom right hand corner of a magazine issue and then ‘subscribe’, then choose your subscription option.

Step 4: As Apple Store user you will be asked if you want to share your information with us. We’d love you to do this so we can let you know about special subscriber-only competitions and information.

Step 5: Once you have authorised your subscription, you can download the current issue. Welcome to Thermie Living 🙂

2) How can I get insights in my subscriptions?

Because Apple and Google is managing all the subscriptions, please use following links to

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Touch the Play Store icon to see which account you’re currently using.

 

3) Is Thermie Living also available as print version?


No, at the moment we focus on the online version, with all the great features. We do offer the first year in PDF format. Please check out the Shop.

 

4) I have problems with the download, what can I do?

Sometimes there are problems during the download.
What you can try. Restore your purchases (the button is on the top right), delete the app and then reinstall the app.

 

If you still can’t download the latest mag, please make screenshots, let us know when you purchased the first issue and we will send the info to our tech team.

5) Can I use my subscription also on another device?

Yes, you can, as long it is the same iTunes or GooglePlay Account.

But you can’t use for example the Google subscription on your iPhone and vice versa.

If you have purchased a new device and you like to transfer your subscription, please do the following:

  1. In order to restore purchases from one device to another please log in to the “new/other” device with the same Apple ID that the first purchase was made with.
  2. Then tap Subscribe > Restore All Purchases on the new device and then enter the password to confirm.
  3. Once done purchases will be restored to the new device.
It this does not work, please send us the following information and screenshots so we are able to forward to the tech team.
  1. “Copied and Pasted” Device Token of their iPad (If the subscription was purchased on another device then you need to be logged in with the same Apple ID on the new device.)

Please try these steps to restore your Android app purchase to another device.

Download previously purchased & downloaded apps

  • If you get a new device, remove an app to free up space, or reset your device, you can reinstall the app without purchasing it again.
  • If you have multiple devices, you can install the app on all of your devices without purchasing the app again.
  • You can quickly find free or paid apps that you previously downloaded.

Find and download your apps

Using your mobile device

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Touch the Play Store icon and select My Apps.
  3. Visit the All category.
  4. Select an app you’d like to install, then touch the Install button on the app’s detail page.
Can’t find previously purchased or downloaded apps
If you can’t find an app on your My Apps page that you previously purchased, or you’re being asked to purchase an app that you already bought on Google Play, make sure that you’re signed in to the same account as the one you used when making your purchase.

Check which account you’re signed in to when using your mobile device

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Touch the Play Store icon to see which account you’re currently using.
  3.  To change accounts, touch the dropdown arrow and select a different account.

 

Although purchases can’t be transferred between Google Accounts, you can install apps that you purchased using a different account by signing in to your Google Play Store app using the associated account, then reinstalling the apps on your device.

6) I think I  got charged twice! What can I do?

Please log in your  subscription details:  http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2727 and check what Apple exactly charged you.
Usually the first month of the subscription is free and then you get charged.

 

If you really got charged twice, please contact Apple, because they do the management of the subscriptions and we don’t have any influence.

7) Do you have the mag also as PDF version?


Current issues are not available as PDF because we want to utilise the functionalities of the online magazine format including videos and more. From time to time we make previous issues available. Currently we have issues of the first year as treasure bundles and the Paleo Issue available in PDF form. Check out the Shop.

 

8) Are special issues included in my yearly subscription?

We are constantly working on offering more value to our readers and especially our subscribers. So we are also looking at subscriber only special issues. Please let us know which topics are of interest.
